One of INCC’s core objectives is to support early career nature conservationists on their conservation journey. Our sector can be incredibly hard to break into at times and the more support we can give, hopefully the better for wildlife in the long run. Over the past four months INCC has been able to employ four students from Bridgend College to work alongside our Conservation and Species Officers at our Llwyndewi Nature Reserve and our upland Water Vole project.
