Fighting Fund Appeal

Speaking out for wildlife through campaigning and challenging environmental decision makers is at the core of INCC’s work. Since forming in 2018 we have challenged the legality of decisions made by Natural Resources Wales on multiple occasions, leading to changes in their practices.

To create a Wales with more wildlife in more places, it is essential we continue to challenge the decisions made by any government body in Wales, when we fear the actions will harm our environment. However, this relies on meeting the costs of legal advice – and potentially even of judicial reviews.

We are appealing for donations to contribute to our ‘fighting fund’ – to help cover the costs of legal fees and evidence gathering investigations. Should we receive more funding than is required for the future fighting fund, any surplus will be used for campaigns and advocacy that also contribute to better outcomes for wildlife in Wales.
